The registration fee for delegates includes participation in the scientific programme, entrance to the exhibition, poster presentations, Conference material, lunch for Monday & Tuesday, coffee breaks and tickets for the Gala Dinner at the Guinness Storehouse.

Payments
Payments are to be made in Euros only. Full payment is required at the time of registration for delegate registration fee and tour options.

Online Payment
Please note that you will be asked for Credit Card details for payment on completion of your registration on-line. We only accept Visa or MasterCard. Your Credit card details will also be required to guarantee your accommodation booking. This information will be passed to your chosen hotel before your arrival. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the conference secretariat at pervasive@ovation.ie.

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed by e-mail upon completion of your registration and payment.

Cancellations
1. All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to Pervasive 2006 c/o Ovation Group.
2. Cancellations received up to and including the 5th March 2006 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations received from 6th March 2006 onwards will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
4. No refunds will be given after the 1st May 2006.
5. Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. Please inform the Conference Secretariat of changes as soon as possible.
6. The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this conference, including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.

By registering for Pervasive2006, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes and to be included in the list of participants.
